The products must be returned with packaging and original label within 7 days of receipt, otherwise they will not be validated by our technical team. Returns are at your expense. Thank you for sending us your carefully packed items containing the Colissimo that will allow us to return them.

If you want to get another size, you will have to specify it during the return by writing it on a letter explaining the reasons for the return in a clear way to avoid any possible error and send us an e-mail informing us of the situation.

Procedure :

1. Log in to the e-mail address provided during your order, note your order number and its content listed on the order confirmation e-mail. Then send us an e-mail explaining the situation, along with the previous information.

2. Your request made and a positive response from our customer service received, you can return your products to the following address :
