The products must be returned with packaging and original label within 7 days of receipt, otherwise they will not be validated by our technical team. Returns are at your expense. Thank you for sending us your carefully packed items containing the Colissimo that will allow us to return them.
If you want to get another size, you will have to specify it during the return by writing it on a letter explaining the reasons for the return in a clear way to avoid any possible error and send us an e-mail informing us of the situation.

Any package sent out of this procedure will not be processed. All returned items will be inspected. They must be new, unused and in their original state. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be returned and will be returned to you at your expense.
